RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

     ·   The products were purchased in the last 30 days.

     ·   The products are in the original packaging.

     ·   The product is not used or damaged in any way and has original tags on the items.

     ·   The product has an original receipt or proof of purchase (ie. a gift receipt)

 

The following Products cannot be returned:

     ·   Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

     ·   Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned,       deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

     ·   Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after purchase or delivery.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded. 

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to Us. 

Products should be returned to the store, or if purchased online the items may be returned through the mail.

 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

 

Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Funds for the items will be returned in the same tender they were received. ie. if the items were purchased with a card the refund will be received by card.  Returns done by a card payment can take up to 7 business days to process.
